Our restaurant “Quarto di Luna” is perfectly nestled in a very nice terrace in Mediterranean style, beside our solarium. Furnished with mastery and attention to details, it will provide our guests a wide variety of local typical dishes belonging to the cook tradition of Trapani. Our highly professional and qualified staff often involves our guests in the preparation of some dishes, offering a very delightful moment of interaction and cultural exchanges.

The good scents coming from the kitchen will inebriate the restaurant’s guests, treating their palates with tastes and flavors of our tradition.

Near the pool, our Bar is the ideal place for a regenerative break during the hottest hours of the day. You can enjoy a snack choosing among a diversified selection of slushes, ice-creams, and cocktails while relaxing on one of our osier couches in the shadow of some beach umbrellas or our big carob tree, and surrounded by lovely flowery gardens.

Appetizers

The Quarto di Luna menu is like a rainbow of temptations with many dishes of fish and meat. Among our appetizers the most requested are usually:

  • Misto Crudo (Mixed Carpaccio) with tuna, sword fish and shrimps.
  • Tuna cooked in sweet and sour sauce
  • Buffalo milk mozzarella served with slices of tuna eggs.

For those who don’t love fish:

  • l'Antipasto Rustico (Rustic Appetizer) with local cheeses, olives, panelle (cickeas fritters), caponata and grilled vegetables

First Courses: Seafood Pasta

  • Cous Cous with seafood and shellfish is surely the pride of our restaurant and one of the most famous and requested recipe.

First Courses: Pasta with meat or veggies

You can choose among any dishes, among which some of the most appreciated are:
